Exchanges and returns
At Xick Baby, your satisfaction, consumer respect, well-being, and healthy development are our main commitments.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our online store, you can exchange or return the product according to the rules below, based on consumer protection laws.
These rules apply exclusively to purchases made through the website (www.xickbaby.com.br).
Please contact our Customer Care Service (SAC) at comercial@xickbaby.com.br stating the reason for the exchange or return. Please note that different deadlines apply for each type of issue.
Your email should include the following information:
- Your full name, Personal identification number, the email address used for the purchase, and a phone number for contact;
- Invoice number/receipt number;
- Your order number;
- The reason for the return.
After receiving your email regarding the issue, one of our representatives will contact you and provide all necessary support to ensure your satisfaction.
Damaged Product
If you notice upon receiving your order that the shipping package is damaged or tampered with, and the product is damaged, please contact our SAC as soon as possible, or within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of your product. In this case, we will replace it with an identical item as described on your invoice. If the product is not available in our stock, you may choose between a refund or a proportional discount towards the purchase of another product.
Exchange (Size Issue)
If you purchased a product and the size is not suitable for any reason, please contact our SAC. The deadline for requesting an exchange is 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, provided it is in the same condition as when it was sent, unused, with the invoice/receipt and in the original packaging. Exchanges are done through a discount coupon, where you will receive credit for the amount paid for the product.
Incorrect Order
If you received a product different from what you ordered, please contact our SAC within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to request a replacement with an identical item as described in your order and invoice. If the product is not available in our stock, you may choose between a refund or a proportional discount towards the purchase of another product.
Manufacturing Defect
If you received a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact our SAC for instructions on returning the product. After receiving the product at our facility, our Quality Department will analyze it and generate a technical report on the defect. Once identified as a manufacturing defect, we will provide you with an identical item as described in your order and invoice. If the product is not available in our stock, you may choose between a refund or a proportional discount towards the purchase of another product within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the notification that the product is not available in stock.
Return due to Buyer's Remorse or Product Dissatisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with the product you received or wish to cancel the purchase, please contact our SAC to arrange for the return within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt, in order to receive a full refund of the purchase amount.

Once an exchange or return is authorized by our SAC, the refund timeline will depend on the payment method chosen at the time of purchase, as described below:
