Size
The sizing of other brands may not always be a reliable guide for choosing your Xick Baby. We use natural anatomy, allowing space for the toes to move freely. For this reason, please use our Size Guide to measure your baby's foot and find the correct size.
Construction
Doubled models (pressed on leather), upper and straps. Our lining is made of high-quality, extra-soft pelica leather. Safe and non-toxic. The insole is made of EVA, lined with leather.
Care
The material is soft, and friction with rough and abrasive surfaces may wear out the shoes prematurely. Clean only with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use water or bleach. Do not machine wash. Dry in the shade.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our virtual store*, you may exchange or return the product according to the rules below, based on the Consumer Protection Code.
The rules mentioned here are valid only for purchases made through the website (www.xickbaby/loja).
Please contact our Customer Care Service via email at sac@xickbaby.com.br, informing us of the reason for the exchange or return. Important: Note in the rules below that each type of issue has a different deadline for notification.
Your email should contain the following information: • your full name, CPF, the email address used for the purchase, and a contact phone number; • invoice/receipt number; • your order number; • the reason for the return. After receiving the issue notification via email, one of our representatives will contact you and provide all the necessary support for your satisfaction.
Damaged ProductIf, upon receiving your order, you notice that the transport packaging is damaged or tampered with and the product is damaged, please contact our Customer Care Service as soon as possible, or within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of your product. In this case, the product will be replaced with another item identical to the one described on your invoice. If the product is not available in our stock, you may choose a refund of the amount paid or a proportional discount on the purchase of another product.
Exchange (Size Issue)If you purchased a product and for some reason, the size is not suitable, please contact our Customer Care Service. The deadline for requesting an exchange is 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, provided that the product is in the same condition as it was sent, without signs of use, with the invoice/receipt, and in the original packaging. The exchange is made only through a discount coupon, in which you will receive credit for the amount paid for the product.
Order DiscrepancyIf you received a product different from the one purchased at the time of the order, please contact our Customer Care Service within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to request a replacement with another item identical to the one described in your order and invoice. If the product is not available in our stock, you may choose a refund of the amount paid or a proportional discount on the purchase of another product.
Manufacturing DefectIf you received a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Care Service for instructions on returning the product. After receiving the product at our factory, the Quality Department will analyze it and issue a technical report on the defect. Once identified as a manufacturing defect, we will provide another item identical to the one described in your order and invoice. If the product is not available in our stock, you may choose a refund of the amount paid or a proportional discount on the purchase of another product within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the notification that the product is out of stock.
Return Due to Purchase Withdrawal or Product DissatisfactionIf you are dissatisfied with the product you received or decide to withdraw from the purchase, please contact our Customer Care Service to arrange the return of the product within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt, in order to return it and receive a full refund of your purchase.
Refund DeadlinesOnce an exchange or return is authorized by our Customer Care Service, the refund timeline will be defined according to the payment method chosen at the time of purchase, as described below:
- Credit Card: The refund on the credit card will be reflected within up to two billing cycles after the return is completed, depending on the card's billing date.
- Bank Slip: The refund will be made to the bank account of the order holder within 15 business days after the return is completed. The refund will not be made to third-party accounts.
- Bank Deposit: The refund will be made to the bank account of the order holder within 5 business days after the return is completed. The refund will not be made to third-party accounts.
